Enough is Enough!! Can I sue a big company like Apple for spamming?

Three days, three emails and all about this new and shiny MacBook Air. Apple!! I know already everything about it and I have seen your advertisement and introducing movie. And I will not even pretend the fact that I like it. It’s just your price seems a bit too high for me. As long I can get any normal comparable Laptop for less, which I can install with Debian or Ubuntu I’m happy. Sell you MacBook Air for half and I will convince my wife that it is the best invention since chocolate and directly order two!! Is that a deal?

I have spoken with my friend today. After our earlier chat about the hosting, she also had decided to take out new hosting and we both moved over to MT now. Glad to hear her moving turned out similar painless than mine.

How can someone be that stupid? After looking more and more annoyed on that ftp client not making any significant process I remembered scp! You know this nice little Unix utility? It’s for worth looking for sure.

With it all my domains (file content) got moved within one hour and I was able to quit my old hosting all yesterday within one day. Yeah - Thats Tops!!

Today I had a busy day, but couldn’t resist to start moving my files and databases to the new server.
Why does this ftp transfer needs  ages to transfer a few bits to my new system?

I created all domains and email accounts today … then had to stop … hm

Going to buy a new push bike for my wife. I wasn’t aware that this is a far way harder job then to buy a new car!
Is it really necessary to have a 30 speed Shimano speed shifting on a push bike? To be honest I’m still not sure and the variety of offered bike by stadler was anyway to big for me.

I’m really glad we had two suggestions made by a friend and so we could focus on them quickly. My prove of suggestion was easily passed by the bike dealer did spontaneous and exactly say the same.

At the end we decided for a last year (LOL - it’s January!!) model made by SCOTT with a 300 € discount. Yeah!!
