Often when I see people asking about technical details or problems first, not making any effort to find the answer or information themself I tell them about RTFM (Read The Fucking Manual) might help.
Today I was confronted with some different kind of person "not" reading first.
Running a community portal site, I’m used to get the one or other email by people asking me about. Just today I really thought about the actual inquiry as funny and worth to write about here.
By directly pointing out on my pages the subscribing and contributing is free of any charge, reading this line here was rather funny:
"I am now a member but have not had good success booking so my husband wants me out (now) please help me cancle my membership before he is charged wiath another bill,(PLEASE)"
………….. yeah, "reading" does help a lot!!!
