Enough is Enough!! Can I sue a big company like Apple for spamming?

Three days, three emails and all about this new and shiny MacBook Air. Apple!! I know already everything about it and I have seen your advertisement and introducing movie. And I will not even pretend the fact that I like it. It’s just your price seems a bit too high for me. As long I can get any normal comparable Laptop for less, which I can install with Debian or Ubuntu I’m happy. Sell you MacBook Air for half and I will convince my wife that it is the best invention since chocolate and directly order two!! Is that a deal?
